How it works

The AASO calculates percent changes of daily active addresses (DAA) and Bitcoin price over 28 days. It normalizes these metrics and computes standard deviation bands around the DAA metric. By averaging these bands over 28 days, the indicator creates a comparative view of price against normalized blockchain activity.

When the price series crosses above the standard deviation bands, Bitcoin is considered overvalued, suggesting a potential pullback. Conversely, when price falls below these bands, Bitcoin might be undervalued
