UNDERSTAND THE TOOL

How it works

The signal identifies the London trading session starting at 6:00 PM AEST and ending at 2:00 AM AEST. During the first 15 minutes, it records the highest and lowest price points.

Once the initial window closes, it draws horizontal lines at the session high in red and session low in green, extending 50 bars into the future. Simultaneously, it calculates and plots two exponential moving averages: a 50-period EMA in yellow and a 200-period EMA in white to help traders understand trend dynamics

Why it may be useful

This trading signal provides traders with critical insights into market behavior during the London session. By capturing the initial price range, traders can identify potential support and resistance levels.

The EMAs offer additional context about trend direction and momentum. Traders can use these visual markers to make more informed decisions about entry and exit points. The signal helps in understanding market sentiment and potential price movements during a key trading session

When to explore it

The signal is most effective during the London trading session when market liquidity and volatility are typically high. It works best for traders focusing on forex, indices, or other markets active during European trading hours.

Ideal for day traders seeking to capitalize on early session movements and trend identification. Most useful in markets with significant volume and clear directional moves. Particularly beneficial for traders wanting to understand initial market sentiment and potential breakout levels
