How it works

The signal begins by drawing a line from the 4:14pm close to anticipate market structure until 9:30am. At 9:30am or later, specific lines are drawn representing high, mid, and low prices for the New Week/Day (NWOG/NDOG) concept. The system allows for extending these price lines until the start of a new trading day.

Additionally, the methodology identifies the first presented imbalance within the 9:30-10am window. A custom macro window is created by drawing a box around the high and low points, with further analysis of the first presented imbalance within that macro window.

Why it may be useful

This trading signal provides traders with a structured approach to understanding intraday market dynamics by systematically mapping price levels and identifying key structural points. By focusing on specific time windows and price relationships, traders can gain insights into potential market movements and sentiment.

The methodology offers a disciplined framework for analyzing market structure, helping traders make more informed decisions about entry and exit points. It transforms abstract market concepts into visual, actionable information that can enhance trading strategy and risk management.

When to explore it

The signal is most effective for intraday traders focusing on short-term market movements, particularly during the morning trading session between 9:30am and 10am. It is particularly useful for traders who want a systematic approach to identifying market structure and potential trading opportunities.

Traders should apply this method when seeking to understand market sentiment, identify potential support and resistance levels, and develop a more structured approach to day trading. It is especially beneficial for those who prefer a methodical, time-based analysis of price action.
