How it works

The Pivot Clouds indicator works by collecting pivot highs and lows over a specified lookback period, typically between 150-250 periods. It calculates two Simple Moving Averages (SMAs): one for pivot highs and another for pivot lows. These SMAs create a cloud that represents the average price range.

The indicator also tracks pivot maxima and minima, drawing cloud support when price falls below the main cloud and resistance when price rises above it. Users can customize pivot lookback periods and incorporate Average True Range (ATR) targets
