How it works

The indicator works by first dividing price data into custom ranges, typically using 50-candle steps to compute minimum and maximum values. It then generates support and resistance lines by applying a Simple Moving Average (SMA) multiplied by a custom factor.

For trend direction, the script uses Exponential Moving Averages (EMA) on the same ranges, creating an array of values. It then iteratively reduces the array by computing average values between neighboring points until only two points remain, which are used to plot a trend line.
