How it works

Trending RSI transforms the traditional RSI by reverse engineering the oscillator to remove its 0-100 range limitation. Instead, it creates a centered oscillator with 70 and 30 zones as bands and 50 as a center line, allowing for more dynamic trend analysis.

The indicator uses a novel filtering technique with low lag to smooth the bands and center line. When the center line is above 0, it indicates an uptrend, and when below 0, it signals a downtrend, providing traders with a clear directional filter for potential trading decisions.
