How it works

The TWAP and VWAP indicator calculates average prices using different weighted methodologies across selected time periods. For TWAP, it computes the average price over a specified anchor period using OHLC4 price data, resetting and recalculating when the anchor period changes.

The VWAP component determines price levels by incorporating trading volume into the calculation, using HLC3 price data and dynamically resetting at the start of each new period. Traders can customize the source price, apply offsets, and select different anchor periods to suit their specific trading strategy and market analysis needs.
