How it works

The HVC Level Sentinel scans historical price bars to detect candles with the highest trading volume within a user-defined lookback period, typically 30 days. When a high volume candle is identified, the script automatically marks and highlights the specific candle on the chart.

For each detected High Volume Candle, horizontal lines are drawn at the Open, High, Low, and Close levels, allowing traders to visually track these significant price points. Users can customize the number of HVC lines displayed, with older lines fading or disappearing to maintain chart clarity and focus.
