How it works

The TDI %K Histogram calculates the %K line, which represents the relative price position within a specific range, similar to the Stochastic RSI. A 7-period Simple Moving Average (SMA) is applied to smooth the %K line, reducing market noise and improving trend clarity.

The indicator generates a histogram by comparing the %K line to its 7-period moving average, with green bars indicating bullish momentum when %K is above the MA, and red bars signaling bearish momentum when %K is below the MA.
