How it works

The strategy first calculates the 51-day Simple Moving Average of volume to identify significant volume surges. It filters stocks trading within 25% of their 52-week high and having rallied at least 30% from their 52-week low.

The system looks for stocks initially trading above the 51-day EMA that experience a sudden price drop over 10%. Simultaneously, it checks that a key market index is trading above its 10-day EMA. The approach focuses on detecting potential institutional accumulation through strategic price movements
