UNDERSTAND THE TOOL

How it works

The indicator calculates the difference between the current last price and today's opening price. If the last price is at least 0.25 points above the open, it generates a bullish signal suggesting a long trade.

Conversely, if the last price is at least 0.25 points below the open, it creates a bearish signal recommending a short trade. When the price remains within 0.25 points of the opening price, the signal remains neutral, indicating no recommended action

Why it may be useful

This indicator provides traders with a quick and straightforward method to assess intraday market sentiment. By comparing current price to the day's opening price, it offers an immediate snapshot of market direction.

Traders can use this signal to make rapid decisions about potential entry and exit points. The simple +/- 0.25 point threshold helps filter out minor price fluctuations, focusing on more significant price movements

When to explore it

The indicator works best during active trading hours with consistent price movement. It is most effective on liquid markets with clear intraday trends. Traders should use it in conjunction with 5-minute, 15-minute, or 30-minute charts for optimal results.

It is particularly useful for day traders seeking a quick sentiment gauge. The signal is most reliable in markets with good volume and during periods of steady market activity
