How it works

Volume Profile uses maps to associate trading volume with specific price levels, creating a visual representation of market activity around the current price. By collecting volume data for each price point, the indicator aggregates and sorts the information to display the most significant trading zones.

The script employs advanced mapping techniques to organize volume data, sorting price levels and identifying the areas with the highest trading concentration. It can display up to 500 lines or 1000 total visual elements, allowing traders to see volume distribution above and below the current price point.
