How it works

The indicator calculates the Relative Strength Index (RSI) using closing prices from the last 14 periods. It identifies specific 'W' and 'M' patterns within predefined RSI limits of 40 and 70. When the RSI forms a 'W' pattern with a higher low within the lower limit, it generates a potential buy signal.

Conversely, an 'M' pattern with a lower high within the upper limit creates a potential sell signal. The script visually marks these patterns with green triangles for buy signals and red triangles for sell signals.
