UNDERSTAND THE TOOL

How it works

The indicator calculates Fibonacci Retracement and Extension levels using multiple defined trading sessions within CST time. It automatically captures the high and low points of each session, plotting retracement levels from low to high.

The script generates key Fibonacci levels, including the critical 0. 5 to 0.618 'Golden Zone' and the 1.618 'Major Extensions' level. Traders can toggle between three different sessions and customize color settings for better visual interpretation

Why it may be useful

Fibonacci Retracement and Extension levels provide traders with critical insights into potential price reversal and continuation zones. By identifying key mathematical relationships in price movements, traders can anticipate market behavior with greater accuracy.

The multi-session approach allows for more comprehensive market analysis, helping traders understand market continuity and potential trend strengths. These levels serve as important psychological price points where traders can make more informed entry and exit decisions

When to explore it

This indicator works best during trending markets with clear directional movements. It is particularly useful for futures trading and can be applied on shorter timeframes like 7-minute charts for more precise entries.

Traders should use it when looking to identify potential support and resistance levels, confirm trend strength, and plan trade entries and exits. It is most effective when combined with other technical analysis tools and during periods of consistent market momentum
