UNDERSTAND THE TOOL

How it works

The indicator retrieves closing and opening price data from a lower timeframe selected by the user. It analyzes the volume associated with each candle body and identifies the candles with the highest trading activity.

These high-volume candles are then highlighted on the chart using a specific color, typically yellow. Two lines are drawn to form an interval around the most traded candle bodies, visually representing the areas of peak market participation

Why it may be useful

This signal helps traders identify where market participants were most active during a specific timeframe. By highlighting high-volume candles, traders can gain insights into potential areas of significant price movement or market interest.

The visual representation allows for quick identification of trading zones with the most substantial market engagement, which can be crucial for making informed trading decisions and understanding market dynamics

When to explore it

This indicator is most effective when traders want to analyze market activity across different timeframes. It works best when examining price action and volume in volatile or trending markets.

Traders can use it to confirm trend strength, identify potential support and resistance levels, and understand market sentiment. It is particularly useful for day traders and swing traders looking to make more precise entry and exit decisions based on volume-driven market behavior
